The agency commission amounts to 3% + VAT of the sale price of the property. This amount is payable by the person who signed the sale or research mandate with the agency.
Except in special cases, this service is generally offered by the agency.
The agency fees payable by the tenant amount to one month's rent + VAT with a minimum of €1,000 excluding VAT.
Inspection report (lease)
Our agency carries out the inspection report only for the properties for which we are taking care of the rental. In this context, this service is offered.
